Carmen Hopkins

Regional Manager

Carmen joined Artcraft in 2021 and has over 13 years of experience in Property Management. She first developed a love for property management as a leasing consultant; this then led to several positions in all aspects of the industry, before she came to Artcraft in October 2021. Her background includes: regional portfolio management, lease-ups, and extensive due diligence for new acquisitions and asset repositioning.

She was previously employed with Friedman Real Estate, where she managed the company’s largest multifamily portfolio (with grouping in Central to Southern Florida). She has overseen many types of communities including: conventional, tax credit, and Section 8 properties in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, and Florida. She is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and was selected as Manager of the Year in 2010 and 2012.
