Director of Compliance

Chrissy brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily housing, regulatory oversight, and operational leadership. She began her career with Artcraft in 2001 as a leasing agent and quickly advanced to Tax Credit Compliance Officer before taking a leave to raise her children and pursue other ventures. She has since returned as the Director of Compliance, having deep expertise in Section 42 regulations and a proven record of portfolio-wide adherence to federal, state, and local requirements.



An accomplished real estate investor, Chrissy focuses on value-add commercial multifamily, historic renovation, and boutique hospitality, bringing an owner-minded perspective to both investment strategy and operational execution.
