  • Another expansion for Artcraft Management, Inc. announced in Quarter Three.

[Richmond, VA, August 20, 2021] – Artcraft Management, Inc. is proud to announce two new acquisitions to our management portfolio in the Florida market. We have assumed the management of Arbor Oaks, a 219-unit apartment community in Bradenton, Florida, and The Villas at Dames Pointe, a 180-unit apartment community in Jacksonville, Florida. Both properties were added to Artcraft Management, Inc.’s Florida portfolio during the months of July and August 2021. Each property offers an extraordinary package of amenities, both on-site and within the apartment, including outdoor swimming pools, tropical landscaping, and competitive pricing for the local market.

“Artcraft [Management, Inc.] is excited to be growing our portfolio in the Florida market. With these two new properties, we now have seven properties from the east coast to the west coast, and we are looking forward to even more growth in the Sunshine State,” shares Alethea Parker, President of Artcraft Management. The company continues to pursue additional management contracts in the Florida market at this time.

The Villas at Dames Pointe transitioned to management by Artcraft Management, Inc. on July 26th, 2021; Arbor Oaks transitioned to management by Artcraft Management, Inc. on August 10th. One and two bedroom apartment homes are offered at each community, with pricing starting in the low $1,100s monthly.

  • Artcraft Management, Inc. and Meridian Harbourview lead the charge!

[Richmond, VA, November 3, 2021] – Artcraft Management, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of EV Charging Stations to Meridian Harbourview, our luxury multi-family rental property located in Suffolk, VA.  We are excited to add to the stellar community amenity package already offered by the property, which currently includes a 24-hour business center and fitness center, a resort style pool with pool-side kitchen and grilling area, and a luxury clubhouse and lounge.

“[Meridian] Harbourview is very excited to grow with the times, and to be able to offer this new upgrade to our residents.  We are especially excited, as we will be one of the first apartment communities in Suffolk to add this to our amenity package,” shares Roberta Manning, Regional Manager for Artcraft Management overseeing the Meridian Harbourview property.  The anticipated addition of the EV Charging Stations is set to take place in Q1 2022.

Meridian Harbourview is managed by Artcraft Management, Inc., based in Glen Allen, VA.  One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes are offered by the community, with pricing starting in the low $1,300s monthly.

  • City Lofts Apartments to introduce co-living to Williamsburg, VA.

[Williamsburg, VA, July 8, 2021] – City Lofts Apartments is proud to announce a transition from student housing to co-living housing to the Williamsburg, VA area.  Co-living is an up-and-coming and increasingly popular housing choice in larger urban areas, which often require renters to sacrifice space for affordability; instead of renting a full apartment, co-living allows renters to choose a private room in a shared apartment, thereby saving on both monthly rental and utility costs. At City Lofts, not only will renters be able to save on monthly rental fees, residents will also have access to an on-site laundry center, a fitness center, a tanning bed, and an indoor swimming pool.

“Cohousing can be understood as a wealth-creation strategy that allows people to develop affordable housing enriched with an abundance of social capital,” states Charles Durrett, author of The Senior Cohousing Handbook.  "The way that people are choosing to live and work is changing," agrees James Scott, chief operating officer of London-based co-living developer The Collective.  With no current co-living option in Williamsburg, VA or the surrounding areas, City Lofts will be the premier cohousing opportunity.

City Lofts Apartments will transition to co-living housing immediately upon publication of this release, with individual bedrooms in a shared space renting from $595 per month.  Full one and two bedroom apartments will also continue to be offered as they are made available.
